Brand new RAM&PSU, pc wont turn on,

Hello, I’m having PC issues that I’m just at my witsend with. I was having some weird crashes and black screen errors, I got tired of it and decided to reseat my ram and GPU. And after that, everything inside the case would turn on, lights fans etc, and continue to run; but there would be no signal or display to monitors or mouse & keyboard. Really strange. I got brand new ram & and a brand new PSU, thinking maybe my PSU is fried, but now… it’s even less. I turn it on, the fans spin for a second and just stop.

I’m pretty good with technology but I guess I’m ignorant at this point, I just cannot figure out what is wrong.

I have an Intel core i9-10900k CPU
    32gb of 3200mh DDR4 ram.
    Windows 10

And I’m on my 2nd EVGA RTX 3080 FTW gpu.
The first one started artifacting and dying after a few months, I RMAd it and got a replacement. It’s been working fine for awhile and I don’t feel like it’s been an issue. But I took it out and put in my old GTX 1080 (ole reliable) and nothing else
Is working even with this, which is weird to me. So since the first 3080 had problems we were thinking maybe my PSU was fried, so I took out the 3080. But I have no idea what’s wrong no. I’m so lost, thinking of taking it into a shop but I’d rather not if I don’t have to.

You replaced the old RAM or added new RAM to the old RAM.

What were the make and model of the old RAM?

If you put the old RAM in does the system work?

If you remove the GPU totally and run off the onboard GPU does the system work?

Have you attempted getting the system to boot into safe mode and or off a bootable USB drive?

Does it run if you build the system barebones outside of the case on a thick cardboard?
