Monitor won't connect to PC. Pls Help!!!

    Build:
    Case: Lian Li 011 Dynamic
    Mb: Asus prime 570-P
    Cpu: And Ryzen 5 5600
    psu: Corsair RM850
Gpu: Msi Ventus Geforce RTX 3050

This is a brand new build with completely new parts. Everything seemed to be going well during the build process. I finish the build and it’s time to plug it into my monitor and turn it on. I do so and everything runs smoothly and it evens takes me into the screen where it shows all my parts and what temp my cpu is on. I turn it off and plan to continue it another day because I still have to download windows. Next day comes and I try plugging it in but my monitor says “NO HDMI SIGNAL”. Ive tried everything to correct this. The PC runs perfectly normal, the RGB’s turn on and fans spin. When I plug in a keyboard the keyboard works normal. Ive tried:

Changing HDMI cables (3 different ones) When I did change it, it showed me an Asus logo for a split second but immediately went back to the blue screen with no signal
Removing RAM sticks and running them one by one
    Removing Gpu and reinstalling
    Removing CPU and reinstalling
Yes the HDMI is plugged into the correct port which is the GPU NOT the mobo
The front panel cables are properly inserted
resetting the mobo by removing and reinstalling battery
Ive tried to connect my monitor to my ps4 and it works completely fine. which leads me to believe its not the monitor or HDMI
I have quite frankly tried everything. Please help me out with some tips

    Hello

Did you install the chipset drivers for the mobo?
