You have been informed to replace the PSU and have yet validated that this has been completed. Before you burn out the hardware in the system and end up spending making a doorstop out of the system. Otherwise, you will have to not only replace the GPU plus PSU plus motherboard plus RAM ETC.
That is if the damage is not already done and or has been done.

Your GPU needs an 800W quality PSU from a reputable seller. Something like a Seasonic or non-CV corsair unit.

As Pyro pointed out your GPU needs 800W you only have 650.
Running an under powered psu can cause damage to your GPU.Comment

the PSU is the most likely culprit, and easy to replace, as well as being one of the cheaper parts to replace.
even if not the cause of this issue, it certainly won’t hurt replacing it due to it not being fit for purpose with your current specs.Comment

If it’s not the problem we can keep looking, unfortunately this is the next step for figuring out any issues as far as I am concerned.
As Bruce mentioned, there’s no downside to having a better PSU than needed - other than maybe a slightly lighter wallet.Comment
