Your memory is being maxed out, is the usage the same when you aren’t running a Speccy scan?
Watch your SSD space, you’ve maxed it out. You need at least 25-30% free space for temporary files and update files.
You’re right, we can’t be on all the time - the helpers here have lives, assistance provided here is volunteered free time.
PSU information was provided in post #8, but I would still recommend trying one from a friend or family member first if possible.
Let’s get some more opinions, @Rustys @PeterOz @Bastet @Bruce

the Speccy report shows no memory info apart from the obvious, nothing about slots, make/model, etc - so that’s unusual but could just mean the firmware isn’t talking to the WMI service which is what Speccy interrogates.
is it just the monitor going blank, the PC still stays on - stills makes noise, mouse and keyboard still has lights?
and when it happens, what are you doing to fix it, just waiting and it comes good, or having to turn the PC off and back on?
this only occurs in games? if you just use Word, email, web browsing (that sort of stuff), is it OK then?
have you tried starting the PC into Safe Mode and seeing if it happen then?
have you done the suggestions from post #8?
have you tried another monitor yet?Comment
