Several code 28 errors and Code 43 error on GPU

I recently got a GTX 2060 Super from a friend, but it doesn’t display no matter what I do, when I boot using Integrated Graphics I can see it in device manager with a exclamation pointhttps://i.gyazo.com/47e69e6f9b295f1b1fe07c1f5b66f773.png
When I open the properties I get an error 43 on my Gpu and the other devices have an error 28. When I try the Windows update it tells me Im up to date, Ive tried to roll back the drivers but its greyed out and wont let me. I have a 1060 that when hooked up works perfectly fine. I’d really hate to think this is a lost cause.

have you used DDU to remove the driver?
did you get the latest driver from the NVidia website?
and the GTX2060 worked in the friend’s PC?

Corsair CX650M. No I’ll look into DDU. For some reason my drivers haven’t been installing since I plugged the 2060 in, stuck on the install part of the download. And no the gpu stopped working for him so he gave it to me.

Then sounds like a dead GPU and no matter what you do will work.

EDIT: not a GTX 2060 is a NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super
