hi! Can a 450W psu work with an rx 6500 xt, i5-3470 and 16gb ram + ssd 500gb?
I’m very budgeted and it is the only psu i can afford

The minimum psu for the rx 6500 is 500 watts.

You need to save more and by a quality psu.
Running a poor psu will damage your equipment.
A cheap 750W psu won’t cut it either.
You need a good quality, or you are throwing money away.

and the way to tell if the brand is good quality is to see what warranty they offer.

if it’s 12 months - run away.
5 years - cheap and nasty but will probably do the job.
7-10 years - not only do they build their gear to last but they back that up with a massive warranty.
examples: eVGA, SeaSonic, Corsair.
