hey so this is a seagate baracude 1000gb 7200rpm drive Model# st1000dm003
This drive since Disk 3 is showing as 3.86GB
Where was the drive purchased form?

168595, drive not detected, BIOS not detect the drive, SATA not detected
The next two are reversable.
Use diskpart to wipe the drive and zero it out.
Another thing that you can try is disconnect all the drives except the one with the OS on it and see if the same thing happens.
