When I boot my pc recently it seems that 90% of the time the computer turns on but has no display and the cpu fan does not spin. Everything else as far as I can tell is working fine, the other fans spin and light up and so does as the ram. I have an Rtx 3060 Ti (Founder’s Edition), Ryzen 5 2600, and a MSI MPG 750W power supply (Gold).
Have you tried moving the CPU cooling fan from the connection that it is on, you haven’t provided the MB details so we can`t check the specs, some boards have two CPU fan headers, if your board doesn’t put the CPU fan connector on on one of the chassis fan headers to see if the fan spins up, if it does, it suggests that the CPU fan header is bad, if the fan still doesn’t spin up when connected to a chassis fan header that you know is good you know that the CPU cooling fan is bad, worse case scenario in this instance is that the CPU may have got fried as well.
