very subjective, but my money is always on Gigabyte motherboards.
any 1700 socket board will be fine, you just have to work out all the features you will need.
    [ul]
[li]wifi capability built into the board[/li][li]number of SATA slots (onboard and on back panel)[/li][li]number of USB ports (onboard and on back panel, USB-c to consider)[/li][li]PCIe slots (v4 to consider)[/li][li]memory slots (DDR5 to consider)[/li][li]capability of onboard graphics[/li][li]is there enough headers for extra fans and RGB LED strips[/li][/ul]

too many variables to let other people decide for you.
last thing you want is to be (mis)guided down one path, then have a bad experience and blame that advice.
do your research, read forums, check out reviews, Google things.

as to DDR5 - how much faster is DDR5 over DDR4 and is the cost justifiable, and the cost of a DDR5 capable mobo over one that just supports DDR4, do you think DDR5 is accepted yet by the industry, do you wait for DDR6, will your gaming benefit from DDR5 over DDR4?
see - way too subjective for anyone but you to answer all those questions - and that’s just scratching the surface.

most motherboards support NVMe slots, even dual - but you are getting away budget models now.

as to over-clocking, never tried it, way too easy to cause more issues than it solves, especially when the safer method is to simply buy the components that natively meet the specs you are trying to achieve by over clocking.

The two do not go together, budget boards have both very limited OC capability and low spec such as only having one or two chassis fan headers and no liquid cooling pump header at all.

The B chipset could be classed a entry or budget level so anything Z chipset should be your aim if you want to OC.

Last but not least, without knowing any maximum budget helpers could be wasting there’s and your time by suggesting boards out of your price range.
