Pc gets stuck on white dots

    Hello there…
I built a new pc about a month ago for which i was collecting parts for the build.
    My pc specs are:
    Mobo- Asus a320m-k csm
    Cpu- Ryzen 3 3100
    Gpu- Inno3d GTX 1650 super
    Psu- Antec Vp 550p
    Ram- 16gb klissre 2999mhz
    Ssd- 240gb Kingspec

Now the problem is that the system powers on perfectly and I’m able to enter the bios but when i tried to install windows 10 from a usb stick installation media the pc powers on and works fine until the manufacturers logo after that instead of the windows installation screen it gets stuck on white dots(not spinning) with black screen.
So i tried installing the OS on my ssd directly through my laptop and installed it back in the pc but still instead of loading the OS it gets stuck on same white dots problem.
This problem is driving me crazy.
I’ve tried setting up boot order in the bios and everything that i can do in the bios for a solution. Even downloaded a fresh copy of windows on usb from Microsoft website.
I don’t know what the heck is wrong.
    Will appreciate your help

    [HEADING=3]Hi there Krimzon G[/HEADING]

Do you have any RAID configuration in the BIOS enabled?
Is the extra power connected on the Graphics card?
Do you try the installation from the front USB ports , or the ones on the motherboard on the back?

The sata configuration is set to AHCI not on RAID.
Yes the power is connected on to the graphics card
I’ve tried installing OS from the front usb ports not from the rear.
And I’ve updated my bios to the latest version for the mobo i.e v6042
Here are some pics for reference

Do you have an option to turn off secure boot and fast boot
also USB installer should be in a black USB 2.0 port if you have one
if not at least in the back connected directly to the MB

I have the option to enable and disable the fast boot but in secure boot I’m not getting that option and i have plugged the usb in black usb2.0 port.
The usb ports are working fine I have installed windows from my laptop to ssd and installed in the pc but same problem is happening
            Here’s the secure boot settings

disable fast boot f10 save test
In secure boot it says user does that have an option to change from user.
Test with fast boot off first

I’ve tried with both rufus as well as windows creation tool
Installed windows on ssd from laptop through a program called WinToUsb

When you look at the first bios screen does your usb stick show in the boot menu. Are you sure you can see it.
Although your ram is out of spec I would assume it will still boot

Looking at that the scandisk is not the first boot option
