I would use DDU to cleanly remove the old gpu drivers.
Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) free from Wagnardsoft, the official source. Remove NVIDIA, AMD, Intel drivers cleanly.

Forget about installing any dedicated drivers for the GPU until you have an appropriate PSU, generic Windows video drivers do not OC a third party GPU so the card is not being put under a full load, once you install the correct drivers the card gets OCd and the garbage PSU starts struggling and the juice going to the card becomes unstable.

Getting on for being six years old so I wouldn`t waste cash by getting the normally recommended minimum of a Gold efficiency rated unit, the card requires a minimum of 450W so anything from the Bronze efficiency rated range from EVGA or Seasonic will do, see the below first though.

That is the smaller micro ATX sized board that are often used in small form factor (SFF) cases so before purchasing a new PSU it is advisable that you measure the dimensions of the present PSU and ensure that the new PSU has the correct power connections for the MB, HDDs, optical drives, FDDs or add on cards such as the add on video card.

450W in this thread but 400W in the other one, you really need to learn not to abuse the free help that you have been offered.
