Pc doesnt boot with the game boost off

Hi guys, I have a ryzen 5800x with a b450 max, I noticed the cpu was gettin hot so I want to bios and the game boost was on, but when I disable it the pc doesnt start, just keeps restarting all over again. Any suggestions? Ty!

Also do you have software game boost or hardware game boost
