Same performance or worst after upgrade

    Hi guys,

I have a pc with an rx 570 4gb, thinking of upgrading, I switched to an rx 6600 8gb.

It arrived today, I passed the DDU and downloaded and updated the drivers for the new GPU but, honestly, I didn’t feel any difference.

I play LoL, and the fps stayed at around 120 with everything on low. When I put it on medium-high, it’s around 90 and in the middle of the fights it drops at times, not leaving it flat.

I did the PerformanceTeste of PassMark and hit 15400 score.

Can you please help me on what to do/test?

I’ll leave the config below and a print of the video card techup:

    SOURCE: GAMEMAX GM500

    PROCESSOR: AMD Ryzen 5 1600

    Motherboard: BIOSTAR A320MH

    RAM memory: 16GB (1 JUHOR 8GB 2666MHz and 1 CRUCIAL COMB 8GB 2400MHz)

VIDEO CARD: AMD Radeon RX 6600

    SSD: 240GB KINGSTON

    HD: 1TB

Sorry but the PSU is complete junk, labelled as 500W when it can`t even produce 400W, the most it can produce is 384W, see specs here 12V Xs 32A = 384W whereas AMD say here that the card requires is a minimum 450W, not just any PSU will do you need a good quality brand Gold efficiency rated PSU from one of the following Corsair RM range, EVGA or Seasonic.
