    Manual page 38
CPU - indicates CPU is not detected or fail

    When did this start happening?
What were the events leading up to this happening?
What have you attempted and what were the results?
Make and model of the PSU?

Did you add the proper amount of thermal paste?

          RAM installed into proper ports.

Go through the system and reseat RAM, Display, power cables, data cables, make sure the fans and cooler are plug into the proper places on the motherboard.

Proper BIOS for the CPU you have?

Contact the motherboard manufacture could be an issue with the motherboard.

BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) is firmware used to provide runtime services for operating systems and programs and to perform hardware initialization during the booting process.

You will have to refer to the manual to confirm that everything is in its proper spots.

Do you have anything overclocked and also make sure that the BIOS for the RAM is not set to XMP.

I don’t have anything overclocked, I don’t even know how, again there isn’t anything on the screen. I also don’t know how to update the BIOS, would I need another computer?

I would update the bios to start with you need a blank usb
                              RYZEN 5 Vermeer 5600X 100 3.7GHz 3MB 32MB B0 65 N/A 7C02vH4.zip
You plug the usb into the flash bios port and press the button - You do not need the cpu and the ram installed to do this.
When you installed the cpu it should have just fallen in - no pressure needed.
                              See attached pics.
                              Is your ram speed 3200MHz?
                              This from MSI
If you have any question during updating BIOS, please contact MSI Service and Support to avoid any damage resulting from improper use or lack of technical expertise.
