New gpu in bios black screen but windows 10 work boot fine

My New gpu rx580 windows 10 boot fine, I used the pc everything is good but when i press F2 to go to bios it’s give me black screen? How to fix it? My motherboard is gigabyte (b460hd3 2021)

To access the BIOS Setup program, press the key during the POST when the power is turned on.

Select Troubleshoot.
Choose Advanced options.
Select UEFI Firmware Settings.
Click Restart to restart the system and enter UEFI (BIOS).
