monitor freeze, probably because of vc issue how to fix

before anything else this is my pc spec
MB: asus b450 f
memory: 2x8gb 3200
proc: ryzen 5 2600
vc: rx580

i dont know if im in the right forum, but please hear me out I really need help,
just today I experience the worst lag(slow pc not internet speed) in my life.,

in the morning Im still using my pc normally but just suddenly some flicker appears at the top of the monitor, then i feel the slow movement of mouse and my browser, until I can’t move it anymore, the monitor hang, but the keyboard numlock or tab led light still working.

i already reformat my pc but still not avail, im guessing it vc problem, is there a way to fix it?

hi sir, my pc temp usually is around 40-50, and im only using chrome at that time, my psu is a 650w thermaltake. btw even i just go in my bios utility my screen still flick and hang,.

I dont have any spare monitor and vc as of now, maybe I will let some technician to say what needed to fix it., if only i can know the problem so that i don’t need to pay for the technician

How old is the pc? Have you done any updates lately? With the vc how is it connected?
