CPU RMAed for shutting down and after 2 days with new CPU same problem is back

I got a new processor after having an issue with my pc shutting down completely with no warning at random. No shut down screen or anything just black screen and fans off. After a couple days of this it just stopped turning on. I replaced every part that could’ve been the issue and had my processor sent back. It’s an AMD 5600x and they approved the RMA. 2 days after getting this new one the exact same problem came back. It hasn’t got to the point where it won’t turn on but i’m sure it will. I tried EVERYTHING before but it’s happening again. Is it possible that i just got really unlucky and got another defective processor? (What i tried: new PSU, new PSU cables, changed outlet, changed surge protector, changed motherboard, changed ram, wiped boot drive, cleaned fans)

You have post on a tech assistance forum asking for help but apart from the CPU have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.
