PC Deadlocks

My PC deadlock freezes, when I have in a new more powerful CPU. The problem is that my brother has the exact same PC with the same specs and his doen’t freeze. I have swapped every part of the PC with him even gouing as far to wipe all hardrives. I even swapped CPU’s with him and mine froze instantly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
ICUE H115i RGB pro xt cooling system
4x 4gb Corsair Vengeance DDR£ ram sticks
AMD FX-9590 Black edition Octa core processor 4.7
EVGA supernova 850W power supply
ASUS 970 pro Gaming AM3 motherboard

To help members better assist you, please post the specs of your pc (hardware + OS), when you upgraded your pc did you do a fresh installation of your OS of choice?

When you say that your PC freezes with a new more powerful CPU, did it work with your old CPU? What was the model of the old CPU?

I am running Windows 10 and when I wiped my hard drives I did a full install of Windows 10.
It does run the old CPU fine and doesn’t freeze. The old CPU is AMD FX-6300

Can your computer boot and function at all, or are the freezes immediate?

The computer runs sometimes for hours, or even days before it freezes

Download and run speccy.

Once you have ran speccy, follow the instructions to upload a snapshot found here.

His froze on your system and or yours froze on his system.

Have you checked for bent and or missing pins?

Applied the proper amount of thermal paste?

Updated to the proper BIOS version?

Could be a bad CPU

My computer froze with his CPU in
I have checked for bent pins on both and both are fine
I belive I have I will check again
Im pretty sure it is but will check
