Ok, so today I’ve tried individually pausing each fan on the PC now including the PSU and nothing has stopped the noise. I’ve also tried powering it on with the GPU and SSD disconnected and the noise continued. Happy to know it is likely not my GPU at least.

I did not notice anything within the case that looked loose or like it might be colliding with a fan blade or may not have enough clearance.

External connections like wires and monitors? I have 1 USB splitter, ethernet, 2 hdmi cables connected to monitors and a bluetooth dongle.

The system is sitting on a level surface.

What else is sitting on that desk shelf that the system is sitting on?

do you feel a vibration coming for the system.

Basically, we have eliminated the fans and drives form making the sound. Basically, only things left are…

CPU Cooler pump (when the system is on feel the hoses can you feel anything strange).
      System Vibraiting
Something close by that is vibrating

NO actual HDD they are all SSD correct,

The more info you can provide the faster and better advice we can provide.

Hi I really apologize, work has been very busy so I haven’t had a chance to check things until this weekend. I really appreciate you all helping out.

I’ve tried moving things around and setting the system on the level ground when powering it on with the other components unplugged, no change in the noise. I noticed I actually have 2 rear fans and I was only pausing one, I was hopeful but it didn’t affect the noise when I paused both. It did make the sound clearer though, it really sounds like something is rattling around right near that area.

I’ve put my hand to the pipes on the CPU cooler, I’m not sure what is normal but I do feel some vibrations, pretty slight.

Yes, only the SSD in there. I will do another once over today and see if I missed anything else besides that second fan.

The only other thing I would suggest is assemble the system outside on a thick piece of cardboard.

You have cleaned the dust out of the system?

I’ve cleaned it recently but it could be less dusty yeah. I’ll try poking around in it again when I have some time to see if there is anything I missed.

I think for now I’d like to close this help request, I’m a little busy at work so I can’t check up on it as often as I should and it doesn’t seem to be causing any other symptoms in the system for now.

I’ll order a new CPU cooler in the event this one is failing I suppose.

Wanted to say thanks again to everyone for the help.

when you get the replacement cooler you can always request the thread to be reopened to post the results.

Hope that corrects it for you.

I replaced the cooler with a noctua air cooler and it fixed my issue. My CPU was idling at 70 sometimes and going up to 80+ when I was working so I just went and replaced it. temp hasn’t gone above low 50s now. Thanks for everyone’s help with figuring out the issue!
