So I am building a new Pc currently and have run into a problem when I try to boot it. The CPU light on my motherboard glows red. I am using an MSI Pro Z690-A WIFi DDR4 motherboard, and an Intel i7 12700k processor as well as a Gigabyte rtx 3080 GPU. I have already tried flash updating the bios using the Flash Bios button in my motherboard, as well as reseating my cpu and cpu aio. I have also swapped CPU’s and PSU’s and have reseated my GPU as well. Finally, I reset my CMOS battery, checked for loose or damaged pins (there were none) and checked all my connections coming to and from my cpu and motherboard. After all this troubleshooting, the red CPU light is still there and my computer will not POST or boot up and no display whatsoever is showing on my monitor. Is there something I’m missing or haven’t tried yet? Any comments on the issue would be appreciated.
Thanks for the help!
