Pc won’t display on monitor

I just built a new pc with x570-pro Wi-Fi motherboard, 5900x, 6950xt, 1000 watt psu, and when I turn on power button everything runs (gpu, cpu cooler, fans ect.) but I don’t get a display on my monitor and yes it’s plugged in properly and the gpu is connected to pci properly, but the vga and boot leds on motherboard are lit so must be a gpu issue but not sure what boot really means I’ve tried installing latest bios with flash and reset motherboard by removing battery, removed and installed gpu several times, triple verified ram was inserted properly and works and absolute nothing I’ve done is working I’m open to ideas

Does the screen stay black or do you get an onscreen message such as No Signal.

What is the brand and model name or number of the RAM and how many sticks of it do you have.

Do you have a keyboard connected.
