Looking for unusual internal hardware for an external Data storage box with direct connection to PC.

I’m looking for a PCIe extension/riser cable that is about 1.5-2 feet for it to reach from inside the PC to an external box that will house all other neccessary components for running hard drives.

Additionally I would like to know if there is a sata power supply (only about 40 watts max).

Thank you. I understand, but this link is an excellent start. I spent an entire day between jobs searching google and couldn’t really turn up anything trustworthy or actually what I was looking for but in the link you sent I did see a few listings that were exactly what I was searching for or at least close enough. So thank you again.
