Are you assembling it yourself, or having it built by someone else/a company?

I would go with the H510M H (rev. 1.0/1.1/1.5) personally, all of the boards are negligibly comparable, but this board supports 10th and 11th gen processors if you ever choose to upgrade,

In regards to your other specs:

CiT F3 Mid Tower Gaming Case - Black

CiT Builder 500W PSU (This is not a good power supply, there is no efficiency rating which means you don’t know what you are getting from it, and there is probably very little refinement of what’s going to your components. A quality comparable unit from Seasonic, EVGA, or Corsair - among others - would be a worthwhile investment).

Intel Core i5 10400 Comet Lake CPU

PNY CS900 120GB 2.5" SATA III SSD (120GB is barely enough for an installation of Windows, I would consider bumping this up to at least 250GB or preferably 500GB)

Patriot Viper Steel 8GB (1x 8GB) 3200MHz DDR4 RAM (I would purchase 2x 4GB 2666MHz sticks, preferably 2x 8Gb 2666 MHz if you are going to be editing larger projects)

Finally, the GPU, you said you won’t be gaming much, but if you plan on playing anything other than low quality source-engine games, you’ll want something to help your CPU out, if it’s not a major concern you can get away without a dedicated graphics unit.

In the end it boils down to what you want, and what you are willing to spend, I would recommend saving up and investing in some slightly nicer components, it will make a huge difference!

thanks a lot, I had the same concern about the SSD hard drive and about the RAM as well, I am going to go with what you are saying here, I will go for at least a SSD of 240gb and will look into the RAM as well, thanks a lot again, take care.

Sounds good, you can start another thread if you come across anymore questions or concerns.
