Worst case scenario you go back and do a complete re-install from scratch.
It should be noted, I’m not positive if this will keep your current drivers or delete them, it’s possible it will keep all of your drivers and leave you in the same boat.
That being said, let’s get a couple more opinions in here before we take such a drastic step.

yeah - not my cup of tea really.
Ryzen CPU’s, gaming, FPS drops, high-end GPU’s and all that.
then trying to eek out performance gains with a GPU vs CPU balance act.
I’ve always been a believer of simply getting better components, in this case, matching a new, better CPU to a latest gen GPU so your system specs exceed the requirements of the games.
I’ll let others wade in that have more skin in the game than I.

i dont mind getting a better and high end CPU if its gonna fix my issue.. but i need to make sure it is gonna work first..
Also the Gpu usage drops follwed by Fps drops occurs at specific moments or when looking at a specific way.. for example if i look at the sky it jumps to full usage and stays constant.. or if im in a desert like place.. but when there are buildings etc.. then it starts getting the usage issue.. do you think that’s CPU or GPU related? Think its CPU cause its the Cpu’s job to provide data of details.. in that case, im getting poor LOD. Or it can be my Gpu not processing data fast enough..
but from what i saw in benchmark all seem smooth..only tested unengine.. any other benchmark that i can try plz?
bench marks don’t reall relate to the games in my opinion
Change your power setting to Balanced.
It is not just the gpu drivers you have to worry about on a new install
it is also Chipset drivers
When you are finished with the install, then install your drivers. Install the chipset first then the rest of them. Reboot each time when prompted.

LOD issues as well with leaves and trees rendering properly as i get close.. same for shadows..I am getting another processor(5 2600 as i am not finding any friend with a better one)and Gpu(rx590) tommorow to test..

Using the recommended specifications for Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, you’ll be able to achieve 60FPS at 1080p resolution, using Medium graphics settings according to Insomniac Games.
Yes used DDU in safe mode,
No i dont have integrated graphics… only my Rtx 3070 as GPU
Nvidia graphics? wdym?
Via the nVidia control panel you can set a specific program to run with a specific graphics card. I have Intel & nVidia & some games refuse to run with the Intel graphics but run when nVidia is set as the default card for that game.
