PC spins up everything's working but wont boot and boot light comes on and no signal on monitor

So i recently built a pc and it wont boot I just bought some cheaper ram to see if that was the issue because the motherboard isnt the best but it still wont show any signal with the new ram. Any suggestions? I am about to take it apart and put it all back together to make sure i did the wiring correctly.
