Am I being ripped off

Are they replacing the graphics? This seems to be the card they mention:

To the best of my knowledge, Cyberpower does not do repairs. You can spec a PC and they will build that machine for you. If you have done a custom build then what you have chosen is going to cost because the GPU and CPU is going to cost in the range of £1000,00 to £1200.00 alone.
