So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

RAM
16.0GB Single-Channel DDR4 @ 1066MHz (15-15-15-36)
Slot #1
Type: DDR4
Size: 8192 MBytes
Manufacturer: Corsair
Max Bandwidth: DDR4-2132 (1066 MHz)
Part Number: CMK8GX4M1E3200C16
SPD Ext.: XMP
Slot #2
Type: DDR4
Size: 8192 MBytes
Manufacturer: A-Data Technology
Max Bandwidth: DDR4-2666 (1333 MHz)

You have two different speeds and voltages of RAM, one of which is not XMP, one of the sticks also looks to be in the wrong slot as two sticks should register Dual not Single channel.

The only thing that you can do is to get a matching stick of the Corsair RAM, put the two sticks in the correct slots and then manually overclock the RAM to the appropriate speed for the CPU which AMD state here is 2933MHz, you can`t enable XMP with the Corsair RAM as what you have is 3200MHz which is too fast for your CPU.
