2 disk but only 1 appear

my pc has 2 disk the first one is 117gb and second one is 250 gb but i can only see 117gb disk appear how to make another disk appear?

Is this a brand Name E.g Hp,Dell if yes make and model + serial number
If Not make and model of motherboard
Have you just added the 2nd drive or was it existing and disappeared

can you please tell me how to get the brand and serial number?
the 2nd drive was there but cant be access from file explorer i think

I didnt see the brand on the case plus i cant access to that website

Lets see disk manager
To open Disk Management, right-click (or long-press) the Start button and select Disk Management.
To do a screen capture in Windows 10 press the windows key and the print screen button together. It will put the image in Pictures>Screenshots
