Built new gaming PC, display keeps freezing but audio is fine in background.

      yh it happened again, its probably been fine for 10-12 hrs of gametime then within 5 minutes today it freezes and crashes no luck with the other pci-e slot either. potentially just csgo at thi poin, got this error today. two files were missing or corrupted when i verified the game files, however this keeps happening with what i guess is the same two files

          are you using msi afterburner
          have you overclocked ram in bios
          are you using Gsync

            Haven’t overclocked anything it’s all out the box, msi afterburner is installed but I haven’t changed anything. RAM was changed to 3600(it’s actual speed).

            Are you asking about the oc to be turned off for testing or g sync? If you mean the OC i dont want to mess with it tbh

            As for refresh rate yeah can do.

              can you uninstall after burner for testing?

                    Did you run DDU under safe mode after you changed the card over?
                    How is the pc connected to the monitor? Have you tried another cord?

                      pretty sure i ran it under safe mode yh, can tremmeber 100% though.
                      one monitor is DP other HDMI, cables not faulty, have tried replacing them already.
                      im leaning more and more to it being software related as everytime i relaunch the pc or do an update of any kind 1 or 2 files for CSGO are missing when i do the “verify integrity of game files”
