Just to preface this, I wrote a thread one or two weeks ago discussing this issue until I found a temporary solution. Now my PC isn’t working again.
Around three weeks ago I turned on my computer and there was no display. I immediately assumed the worst and thought that my GPU was fried. I tried every known solution to the issue until, finally, I had enough. I took my PC up to the local MicroCenter, told them my issue, they flashed CMOS, installed a known working GPU, and the computer booted into windows. The technician then uninstalled the known working GPU, installed my GPU, and the computer was working again. One week later, assuming everything was working fine again, I turned on my PC and ran into the same issue as before. After doing a bit of research I finally discovered the problem, MSI released a new BIOS update that has been causing issues for many people using their AM4 socket motherboards. This is a known issue to MSI, but nobody seems to get a response from their support team. I was going to try and flash the motherboard to an older BIOS version, but without a display, it just complicates things one-hundred fold.
Is it possible to rollback BIOS without a display, or am I better off going with a different motherboard manufacturer?

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080Ti; KNOWN WORKING, after installing into friends computer
MOBO: MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WiFi; KNOWN PROBLEM
RAM: Corsair Vengeance PRO RGB 32gb 3600mhz; KNOWN WORKING
STORAGE: Multiple Samsung M.2 SSD’s; KNOWN WORKING
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 80+ Gold 850W; KNOWN WORKING
