PC suddenly no display when it's in use and processor fan only turns on when the cpu starts to warm up

I have 2 problems about my pc, I don’t know hardware or software problem

Problem 1: When I’m using my pc, suddenly the screen goes to no display but the machine and connected devices are still on. this problem appears when 15-45 minutes when used, and I can return it to normal just by pressing the reset button on the case, but after being reset the problem reappears when used 15-45 minutes

Problem 2: My processor fan only turns on when my cpu starts to warm up, but when I just turn on my pc the processor fan doesn’t turn on and has to wait until it warms up before the fan runs. is this normal?

    Motherboard Asrock H81M-VG4
    Processor i3 4130
    Vga Gigabyte gtx 750
    Ram 8gb DDR3 Single Channel

    Thank you very much

it seems like its overheating then shutting down
the cpu fan might have heat sensing enabled ( perhaps )
check the bios for any sort of cpu fan temp control and adj accordingly
it might alsso be a good idea to reseat the processor with new thermal compound

For the cpu fan, I already solve it with turn off the quiet mode

For the no display, there is no problem with the temperature I think, because I think the temperature of my pc is still within reasonable limits, idle is around 35s, and when full load is around 60-65

Even my pc suddenly no display when I just move my files with temperature around 40-50

No Display, computer still no shutdown I think because everything is still on even connected device, only the display turn off, like there is no signal/no display in the monitor

I thought it was just a vga driver error because before this problem appeared my pc sometimes BSOD video tdr failure and until now I haven’t tried to change the driver because now there is no problem with that anymore, but instead, there is a new problem and until now i haven’t changed the vga driver

But I don’t know if it’s true or not

configure your computer to temporarily work with your motherborard vga
or try another vga card assuming you have reinstalled your graphics drivers
                +reseat your ram
