GPU Suggestions for Gaming+Streaming on same PC

Hi All,
I am in search of the best Graphics card for Streaming/Recording@1080p & Gaming@1080p
a card that will Stream/Record 1440p and Game @ 1440p
But i need to know for which purpose you are suggesting the card for and what the maker/model is of that actual gpu is like whether its EVGA or Gigabyte for example

Also anyone have any suggestions on what is the most Minimal card that could Record gameplay @ 1080p and play 4k
while still achieving like 80FPS in-game

PLEASE NOBODY HUAL OFF AND SAY NVIDIA RTX 3090 or Ti Becuase that is obvious
