    system failure

    Hi guys

so I recently i was playing mw when i got a random restart, few days later i was playing an old game and got it again but this time I couldn’t play a game because it would freeze and restart.

Today I powered on my pc, gonna troubleshoot to see the problem, I closed an application. screen froze, shut down, tried to restart, everything turned on and it turned off in less than a second, please help and try to give me the hardware that’s causing this. ask me anything in the comments I’ll answer you with more info

    thanks in advance.

my fans spin for 1 second or less when I keep pressing the power button, power supply switches on and off automatically, my gpu led isn’t powering on, only 3 red dots (I have a EVGA gpu)

No heat issues, everything was under 70 degrees.

CLR_CMOS (Clear CMOS Jumper) Use this jumper to clear the BIOS configuration and reset the CMOS values to factory defaults. To clear the CMOS values, use a metal object like a screwdriver to touch the two pins for a few seconds.
                  • Always turn off your computer and unplug the power cord from the power outlet before clearing the CMOS values.
                  • After system restart, go to BIOS Setup to load factory defaults (select Load Optimized Defaults) or manually configure the BIOS settings (refer to Chapter 2, “BIOS Setup,” for BIOS configurations)

Hey guys so I was testing my pc after clearing cmos and I realised my motherboard was dead, thanks for helping because first I thought it was psu, I tested it, worked fine then I tried powering it on without the gpu, the fans spinned when I turned on the psu and stopped after.

Now I dont have to buy everything and waste a ton of money.

                    this can be closed now.
