Computer makes sounds similar to a phone call

So for a couple of days now, my computer has been making a weird sound, similar to a WhatsApp phone call, I’d describe it. Or a kind of rolling sound. I’ve attached a short video where you can hear it pretty clearly. At first I thought it sounded like a loose or dangling cable was being hit by the fans - but no, that’s not it. Cables all secure and well away from the fans. So I figured it was the fans - I stopped each of them (4 total), one by one, and nope, still making that noise. So I disconnected all cables, opened it up, checked again for any dangling cables, then cleaned it out pretty thoroughly with compressed air, cleaned the fans thrice, Turned it on - for about two minutes it was quiet, then it started again, though a bit more quietly then before. I checked it from every angle to see if there was any cable or connection that seemed like it was shaking or vibrating and found nil. It sounds kind of like a dying fan that rotates for one cycle, stops, then starts again, or something. I can’t even really identify where the sound is coming from - it seems like it’s towards the back, where the ports and stuff are, but even that I’m not sure about.

Also, sometimes it just stops and doesn’t happen anymore for a few minutes, but that never lasts. So, uh, any ideas? Because I’ve run out. Apart from this sound that’s threatening to drive me into insanity, everything seems to be working just fine! CPU/GPU aren’t highly taxed or running hot and I’ve encountered no corruption or errors.

Videos are apparently not supported and the pic was too large so here’s an imgur link.

I’d be really grateful for any help, or even if anybody could tell me that they’ve experienced this before and knows what the hell it is, cause trying to google sounds is hard as hell and I haven’t found anyone with the same issuel

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor 3.90 GHz
16,0 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
B450 Tomahawk

Not hearing anything in that clip.

What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

Do you have any mechanical HDDs at all, SSDs are quiet but the older type hard drives can make odd noises.

Hey, thanks for responding!

Imgur mutes videos by default so you may have to unmute it in the upper right corner, should be pretty audible.
I don’t have a mechanical HDD.

My SSD: 1TB Kingston NV1 M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 NVME (L 2100MB/s ; S 1700MB/s)
My PSU: 600W be quiet! Pure Power 11

Sorry for not including those right away, wasn’t sure what kind of info was needed. You gotta hear that sound though, it doesn’t seem very ‘normal thing doing normal business’-y, if that makes any sense at all.

Wasn`t aware of that so helpful to know (y)

All that I am hearing is the sound of the cooling fans.

Decent enough PSU and has the required output to support the GPU so will not be struggling.

All I can suggest atm is that you test the PSU on its own to see if it is the internal cooling fan of the PSU, no need to remove the PSU from the PC only to disconnect the two ATX power connectors and then short out the pins on the main 24 pin block as is shown in the example video here not 100% reliable as it may only happen when the PSU is under load so you will only know for that it is the PSU fan if it happens to make the noise when tested on its own.

You are welcome btw

Being that the OP has revisited the forum but chose not to reply this thread will be closed.

Edit to add, received the below from the OP via a PM.

Hey I just wanted to follow up on my thread since someone asked for an update but it was already locked: it kinda just stopped to make that noise at some point, after two days or so. Seemed kinda pointless to follow up with that info, but I figured i’d just put it out there in case it’s in any way helpful.
