Arcade Cabinet PC turning on and off repeatedly

Hi everyone,
I’m in the middle of trying to repair a few donates arcade machines for a soon to open youth club.
Two of the machines are Namco NIRIN motorbike games, and the pc hardware running everything inside is called Namco es1. Both have an identical problem.
The problem is that it turns on for a few seconds, and then off for a few seconds and repeats.
When the CPU power connector is unplugged it will continue to run without turning off, but obviously not booting due to CPU not being powered.
Id love be to get these working for the youth club so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

don’t think any of the members here will be knowledgeable with Namco gaming arcade systems.
plus, I don’t believe they use standard PC components, but some sort of proprietary boards.
