Power usage is "Very High" & PC is very hot

Not sure where else to put this, so hopefully here is good.
For the past few days my PC has been slow and freezing a lot, so I was trying to fix it and found that my power usage is “Very High” in my task manager. Not sure what caused this or how to fix, been looking everywhere trying to solve it. Whenever I interact with anything, it spikes to “Very High” like this: and it begins to heat up a lot, up to 60-70 C.

I’ve tried everything I can think of, wondering if anyone else has had this issue and any potential fixes, any help would be great!

Specs:

I’ve had this PC for over a year, never had any issues with the power usage before.

I just recently cleaned my PC, when this first started and it didn’t seem to do much, although I didn’t do a deep clean, just brushed out the dust and hair mainly. I’ve checked the fans, they all seem to be working, I got pictures from the BIOS just in case those help:

I’m not sure if SYS_FAN1/CPU_OPT ever worked, or how to fix them if they did tbh.

I have run a malware scan a few times, I’m clean on that side:

Some miners are sneaky we could make sure there is no malware if you wish…

Sure, what would I have to do to make sure there is no malware?

Can you uninstall java for testing - can be reinstalled
Have you used XMP on your ram in the bios
If yes turn it off
TEST

Also IMO your power supply is borderline
Your Video card alone needs 450W

Yeah I was researching and its not too hot but compared to before the issue its bad, like I can hold my hand above the vents and it’s physically hot, even playing the most intensive games (not anything crazy, like rocket league lol) I had on max settings wouldn’t do that before.
I uninstalled Java, didn’t seem to do anything after a reset.
XMP is off in my bios.

Thats interesting about the power supply, when I got it I never saw any warnings about that, but it has been working fine for over a year or so, maybe it’s just slowly deteriorating IDK.

I’m no power supply expert
I will ask @phillpower2 for his expert advice

Speccy does not show Avast
Hmmm

Yeah I made the imgur gif before I posted here, someone else suggested I ditch Avast and just use windows defender so I did. When I made the speccy for here I had already uninstalled. Getting rid of Avast unfortunately did nothing

That is a budget PSU from 2014 that should not be used when there is an add on GPU present, it only made it onto Tier D • Recommended only for very cheap, iGPU systems

How old is the PSU that you have, regdrless the more that you use it the weaker and hotter it will get and at some point it will pop.
