    keyboard issue

I have an older Asus laptop that had what I thought was a keyboard issue where it does the below example …
    What it does …

    qwerty456*
    asdfgh123
    zxcvbn0

    What it should do

    qwertyuiop
    asdfghjkl
    zxcvbnm

The keyboard has been replaced with a new one. It does not do this with a USB keyboard plugged in. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? It has a fresh install of Windows 10 and no driver conflicts

Curious as to why you would laugh, have you tried the software? Good luck.

ah yes, the old numlock key was accidentally pressed.
                      oldie but a goodie.

                      I’ll mark this as solved.
