PC Won't Power On After Changing Component

So I’ve just change the WiFi module (M.2 WiFi card) in my MSI Gaming Edge X570 WiFi motherboard, and now the PC will not power on at all.

To do it I had to disconnect everything (bar the CPU/Cooler) and take out the motherboard completely.

As far as I can see I’ve hooked it all up back as it should be. Does anyone know what might have gone wrong? Panicking a bit!

    Cheers.

    All you can do now
is power off add 1 part (Earth yourself) power on test
    Do this piece by piece.
    If all works
    Put back in case

I think Peter is trying to say to disassemble all the components.
then re-assemble onto a piece of cardboard just the core components to get the PC to boot.

Having a professional look at it this week. As it stands it’s a brick ???

I’ve already started preparing for the worst and looking at new PC’s.
