Crackling sound inside MSI Meg Aegis

Opened up the case, moved all the wires around and the sound still happens when I push the fans in. Anyone know what could be the issue?

To recap what was lost:

Sounds like a cable rubbing on a fan blade

Noise left, if it comes back remove the GPU and watch the AIO as it is rotated into place.
