my gpu usage is not rlly stable

my gpu usage in some games not 90%
I have a 144hz and the usage be sometimes like 60% and I get 120fps
for an example in Warframe the frames be 120/130 and usage is 70%
and vsync is off and nothing in background
and after a little bit usage go to 95% and I get 144+ fps and in GTA v i get 90fps even tho usage is like 75%
    my specs
    i5 10400f
    gtx 1660ti
    h510m s2h
    16gb ram
and my cpus usage is so low so not a bottleneck and each core usage is not high at all also

Your GPU won’t always be maxed out by games, and that’s mostly a good thing, it helps the components live long. Processors often are nowhere near worked up when gaming, the GPU handles the brute of the work in most games.

If you want to squeeze out a little more performance, you could change you power plan (in Windows) to High Performance, set your settings to best performance (in NVIDIA control panel), or turn down some of the settings in the games themselves.

Often times though you won’t see too much of a change without overclocking (or replacing parts), you can change settings and fine tune to your hearts content.

Assuming you’re not dealing with any overheating issues or stability problems, the fluctuation in usage probably corresponds to you loading in different areas of the game, some require more processing power than others.

I wouldn’t be concerned if you aren’t seeing high temps or any warning signs, fluctuation in usage is just part of the computer deciding what is best for it to do.

        Glad to help.
