    Graphics driver update fps problem?

Right so starting from the beginning I loaded up a game and completely randomly it popped up with an error saying something along the lines of my graphics drivers had failed then my whole computer crashed and kept doing so. So I spent the next couple of hours trying to figure out how to fix this eventually got into safe mode and updated my graphics driver to the latest version which stopped my computer from crashing but now even easy to run games are running at a couple fps. Would really appreciate any help as not to great with computers. (Graphics card is Nvidia Geforce GTX 760) can try and provide other details if needed, thanks

Ok your psu does not have good reviews and at any rate it is not good for gaming..

You should have a gold standard psu with at least a 5 to year warranty. If you check out our gaming forum you will see this and the suggested psu’s..

I mean I’ve had it for over a year and its been fine either way would that be why its crashing? from what I’ve gathered I’m 90% sure its my graphics card/drivers

Not really, Windows has disabled my graphics card just running of integrated graphics for the time being and is no longer crashing so definitely something to do with that

                    graphics card under warranty still?
any chance you can get your hands on a loaner card from somewhere, just to use for a few days to prove the point?

Graphics card doesn’t have warranty and don’t think I could borrow one of anybody. still just using my integrated graphics for browser stuff so I can still work but games aren’t an option at the moment. Don’t have the money to buy a new one at the moment. will open it up tomorrow and check all the connections

                          no sweat.
since progressing further has stalled, I’ll close this now.
