Problems with sound card,and pc that don’t shut down.

So I have two issue that appeared at the same time. The first is that my pc just won’t anymore turn off by itself. I have to force the shutdown my self so that mean I can’t reboot it anymore. I tried to update windows and my drivers but no luck it stay like that. I search online but I can’t really find an answer to that (and the issue is also present when I boot up to the BIOS and reboot from here(I also need to turn it of myself with the physical button)). The second issue is I can’t use any audio hardware anymore. When I plug my headphones it don’t show up on windows. It’s like my audio card just stopped working completely! Does anybody know what’s happening with my PC? Thanks for help!

Let’s get some spec.

get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into a post.

one component Speccy doesn’t cover is the Power Supply Unit, so please also include the make/model of the PSU.

have you tried going into Device Manager > Sound, Video and game controllers > right click your audio driver > Uninstall Device?
then reboot PC and have Windows auto-reinstall it.

failing that, download the audio driver from your motherboard manufactures website and install that and see if it helps.
