Hi, I need an hand with this problem(check the picture), i thought they were gpu drivers, so i removed the drivers with windows and reinstalled them via geforce experience, but it stayed the same.
The pc has:
-i5 10600K
Rtx 3070 rog strix
16gb ram 3600mhz
Asus tuf b560
750w psu
1tb ssd
What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.
Do you have XMP enabled in the BIOS, why I ask this is explained below;

That is the wrong RAM for your CPU, Intel state here up to 2666MHz and if you have XMP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC start to have issues.
Go into the BIOS, disable XMP and then manually set the RAM to run at 2666MHz and the voltage to 1.35V.
You should also make sure that the Windows Power Plan is set to Balanced and not High Performance.
Ok, the xmp is disabile, i set the ram to run on 2666mhz and the voltage is on 1.36V(Auto), windows power plan is on balanced.
But still has the same glitch.
Doesn[ICODE]t look driver related I[/ICODE]m afraid
Have you tried starting in Safe Mode only (No Networking) to see if the issue is still the same.
Have a couple of suggestions but will just suggest the one for now until you get back to us with the answer to the second question below.
Suggestions, try connecting a different screen to the same video port to see if the issue is still present and as a second check try connecting the present screen to another computer, a notebook that has the appropriate video port for the display that you have.
Are you ok with working inside a computer, this includes being aware of all of the safety steps that must be taken.

So, i tried with safe mode(no networking) but still has the same issue.
I tried your suggestions but still has those glitch.
I’m ok with working inside a computer.
The same problem in safe mode confirms that this is not driver related.

Was this tried and your original screen still had the same bad display when connected to another computer.
Looks like you are going to have to go inside the computer to troubleshoot this.
For the pictures, the first is the first suggestion and the second is the second suggestion.
Makes no sense whatsoever as the only way that the glitch could be the same is if the problem was with your screen which can`t be the case as swapping the GPU has gotten rid of the glitch

Wrong image sent.
I changed the screen connected to the gpu and both of them shows the glitch, meanwhile the other pc does not.
I’m starting to think that rtx 3070 is faulty.
The reason for the tests was to see if it was the screen or the GPU that was causing the problem and we now know for sure that it is not the screen or the computer itself which leaves only the GPU but one last confirmation we need is to know if you used the same video cable with the 2080 and the 3070.
