You have post asking for help on a tech forum but have told us zero about your computer, even with the best will in the world no one can help you when they don`t know what they are working with

Provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better assist you

We need the exact RAM info and the same for the PSU, this includes is the RAM 2 Xs 8GB sticks or one 8GB stick, we cannot safely advise you without having the correct information.

Can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read the full post to make sure nothing gets missed, thanks.
