DRAM light on motherboard and can’t get it to boot up and show on display, Help is very much needed.

So I have had this issue for over a week now, my pc is for work and I never strain it most I run is adobe programs. The issue started when some day I walked in and it was completely powered off. I turned it on to see what was up and I never got a display and my dram motherboard light turned on.
I have no idea how, I never updated the pc or changed any settings.
I tried first the CMOS battery but after replacing it I still got nothing.
I’ve tried taking the entire build apart and putting it all back together. Sadly I had no luck, than I tried my ram by getting a new stick and trying it in all the slots I could but I still never got anything.
I’ve tried hard resetting the cmos and inspecting my cpu but it all seems fine, I’m stuck and really concerned because I can’t work and I’m scared my motherboard or cpu went bad in only 2 and a half years.

FYI: all fans and leds are on and running including gpu fans.

My build list includes the following:

Motherboard: Aorus B450 Elite (1st gen)

    CPU: AMD ryzen 5 3600 gen3, Zen 2 architecture (3.6ghz base)

GPU: NVidia Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650/REV 1 (OC edition)

    Power Supply: EVGA 500 BR

    RAM: Crucial 16gb DDR4-2400

    RAM 2: Crucial 8gb DDR4-2666

SSD: SandDisk SSD Plus (can not remember the storage size)

long shot, and you already tried a part of this, but pull it all apart, but this time reassemble it on a piece of cardboard on the table.
and only reassemble the core essentials - to get it started and showing a picture.
so no keyboard/mouse, no DVD, only one RAM (try all slots if first attempt fails), no GPU if the CPU allows.

Hey I appreciate this but I’m already tried all of this recently after I was suggested to in PC help on discord. I ended up getting a spare CPU and testing it as well just in case and still no change, I think ill end up sending my motherboard in for warranty

        no sweat.
let’s close this for now, and get back to a staff member via PM if the new mobo doesn’t fix it and this thread can be re-opened.
