cant use 3rd hd on my dell pc

hello i have a dell optiplex 7010
replaced the processor ( i7-2600)
added a gpu (old Radeon)
replaced the psu (500 watt)
replaced the hd with 2 ssd’s
added ram
but for some reason… it wont detect the 3rd hard drive although i feel it spinning

also it doesnt show up in disk management or bios

Is this a new drive or one that way laying around and how old is it?

How does the Drive connect to the system?

Does the BIOS and Windows recognize it if just the OS drive, and it are connected?

the hd was salvaged from another pc, hardly old and it works on the hd dock
it is connected through sata connection, sorry i didnt mention that
it does not show up in bios

i already said that windows 10 and bios do not see the hd

Reading through your manual it should work.
have you tried the drive with only it and the C: drive connected
