First custom build not displaying

Hi I made my first pc build but I’m currently stuck.

Everything is starting up but my monitor gives a no signal and keyboard and mouse don’t Light up. Video and specs supplied down below

Did you install the chipset drivers for the mobo?

if it was mine, I would assume I had made a mistake somewhere - lose cable, short, incompatible part?

I would take it all apart and reassemble it on a piece of cardboard on the kitchen table.
that gives you a chance to rebuild it all from scratch, hopefully finding the mistake, or at least, gives a better vantage point to swap parts in and out to test ideas.
so initially, I would only reassemble the core components needed to get a signal on the screen - no keyboarfd or mouse, only one drive, no DVD unit, one RAM stick, etc.
