Graphics card not giving output after bios flash

My friend has compatible parts to mine and his system stop working after moving so we tested his parts on my pc to find out what broke. My cpu worked in his machine so we installed his cpu to mine and couldn’t get to bios. I have Strix x570-e gaming mb and his cpu is ryzen 5800x so i flashed my bios to the latest version in case that was the problem. It didn’t help and we got Q-code 02 and both VGA and boot light on. After that my system has the same problem with my own cpu as well. I think my systems turn on just without getting any video output.

After swapping graphics cards, ram, clearing cmos, ect. I got the pc sometimes to boot normally without the green Boot light off and without any error Q-code, but even with that no output from GPU. Then after switching any part Q-code 02 error comes back and boot light turns on

    I’ve tried:
    • Flashing bios back to at least 5 different older versions
    • Clearing cmos
    • Installing different graphics card
    • Reseating RAM
    • Unplugged every accessory and drive
    • Tried with 2 different monitors and 1 tv and with HDMI and DP cables (this was popular fix with q-code 02)
    • Powered on with mouse and keyboard (also popular fix)

    My specs:
Motherboard - ASUS Strix x570-E Gaming
    CPU - Ryzen 3700x
    GPU - MSI Supreme 3080ti
    Other GPU i tried - Radeon R9 390x

      You have not mentioned PSU.
The first thing I would try is if you know what bios version you had flash back to that. If not Flash to newest version.
Unplug power cord and remove cmos battery. Leave like this for minimum 24 hours to totally drain all power from the bard.
Turn of monitor and unplug (weird I know)
After 24 hours plug back in and test.
Did you replace the thermal paste ? If no replace it while waiting for the board to discharge. Also check you have cpu fan connection is secure
