Is the drive still showing in BIOS and windows?
Now it should work properly for you to install Windows 11 may also want to remove the HDD to prevent any other issues.
Thanks for everyone’s assistance, I got Windows 11 successfully installed and both M.2 drives are working just fine. In conclusion, the BIOS needed an update and that fixed everything. Thanks again!
