Is this fan speed normal for idle mode?

My PC CPU fan had abnormal sound (probably works fast) and I decided use SpeedFan to monitor Fan’s speed in RPM and CPU’s temperature in centigrade.

Look this picture:

This information is for idle time, when I don’t have any heavy process…
I’ve also checked the BIOS setting for fan configuration, but fan speed has set on the Standard mode !
As it seems, CPU is cold and 26’c is not much, but is 2842 RPM normal for this temp?

CPU Core i3 8100
Motherboard ASUS H310M-C R 2.0
CPU Cooler is default Intel Cooler

Hello

Speedfan only shows one fan,is this correct? If not you may have some fans that have failed.. You need more air flow..
